– EETC invites international eligible tenderers to offer their bids to participate in the adjudication no./2025-2026),

KfW Procurement No. (513538): IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT FOR 500 kV, 220 kV Double Circuit OHTL Interconnection of (ACWA (1), ACWA (2)) Extension of KFW6-220 KV (GIS) Substation and Extension of Bakr West (S4) Substation 220 kV (GIS), and Pilot project for a Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) for Green Energy Transition (Smart Grid) (BM),

single stage, two envelopes (Technical + Financial),

the scope of work is described in the tender document.

– The Consultant Scope comprises three Stages:

Stage 1. Project Implementation 500 kV, 220 kV Double Circuit OHTL Interconnection of (ACWA(1), ACWA(2))

Stage 2. Extension of KFW6-220 kV (GIS) Substation and Extension of Bakr West (S4) Substation 220 kV (GIS)

Stage 3. Project definition and implementation of a Dynamic Line Rating (DLR)

– The Conditions of EETC purchasing and contracting regulations will be considered as an integral Part of Bidding Documents.

Furthermore, the Civil Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall be applied for this bidding process.

– Bidding Documents are available against presentation of Payment receipt of a non-refundable fee of EUR 550 including VAT

in the account EETC, Egypt (Suez Canal Bank, Branch: Garden City EUR account no.1300525411100101

IBAN: EG 890017001301330052541100101) or 30.000 LE Cash including VAT

Together with an application (original plus two copies) showing the name, address, E-mail, fax and telephone numbers of the bidder and local agent, and addressed to Head of Purchasing and Stores Sector during official working hours.

All transfer fees and bank changes shall be borne by applicant.

– Interested Tenders should submit two envelopes (Technical Financial) on or before the day of Monday 16/3/2026 at 12 (noon)
