invites eligible local & International companies with extensive experience and proven capabilities in facilities operations and maintenance services
to participate in an international tender to carry out Facility Management (FM) for Terminal Building 2 .
)Facility Management of Major Airports is essential with Capacity not less than 7.5 M Pax)
in accordance with the following
1- Tender documents are available and could be obtained from the address below with official letter accompanied with company’s profile and legal documents against payment of 60,000 EGP (only Sixty Thousand EGP).
2- Pre-tender meeting will be held on Sunday 5th April 2026 at 10 O’clock at the address below.
3- Site visit will be held on Wednesday 8th April 2026 at 10 O’clock.
4- Deadline to receive bidder(s) inquires will be on Wednesday 15th April 2026.
5- Bids shall be submitted on Monday 27th April 2026 at 12 O’clock Cairo Local Time at the address below.
6- Bid bond is amounting to 10 million EGP (only Ten million EGP) Shall be paid by acceptance payable bank cheque or by unconditioned bank guarantee issued by first class Egyptian Bank, valid up to three months of bids submission date, issued in favor of Cairo airport company, declaring that “with the issuance of this guarantee, the limit allotted to our bank from the Central Bank of Egypt is not exceeded.
7- Late Bid(s), or not accompanied with bid bond shall be rejected.
8- Tender procedures and contract shall be governed by Cairo Airport Company Bylaws.
