The Turnkey Implementation for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning
Of (500, 220) KV Double Circuit OHTL Interconnection of (ACWA (1), ACWA (2)) for Renewable Energy
Single stage, one envelope (Technical + Financial) on turnkey basis,
The scope of work is described in the tender document.
– The Completion Period will be as following:-
LOT (1): 7 months from the contract signature.
LOT (2): 7 months from the contract signature.
LOT (3): 9 months from the contract signature.
LOT (4): 10 months from the contract signature.
– The Conditions of EETC purchasing and contracting regulations will be considered as an integral Part of Bidding Documents.
Furthermore, the Civil Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall be applied for this bidding process.
– The procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFP)
as specified in the KfW’s Guidelines for Procurement (Guidelines(, Jan 2019, available at KfW Development Bank,
and is open to all eligible Bidders
– Bidding Documents are available against presentation of Payment receipt of a non-refundable fee of EUR 300
in the account EETC, Egypt (Suez Canal Bank, Branch: Garden City, Dollar account no.1330052520100101

And EUR account no.1300525411100101

or 16.000 LE Cash together with an application (original plus two copies)
showing the name, address, E-mail, fax and telephone numbers of the bidder and local agent,
and addressed to Head of Purchasing and Stores Sector during official working hours.
– Interested Tenders should submit one envelope (Technical + Financial)
on or before the day of Tuesday 11/11/2025 at 12 (noon) to EETC central purchasing department (see address below)
on condition that the bids will be valid for180 days started from the opening date of the envelope.
– All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount:
LOT (1): 590.000 EUR
LOT (2): 590.000 EUR
LOT (3):145.000 EUR
LOT (4): 280.000 EUR
Or equivalent by Egyptian pound in LE, and the Exchange rate will be according to the date of the tender opening,
valid for210 days started from the opening date of the envelope.
