SINGLE STAGE, ONE ENVELOPE (TECHNICAL+ FINANCIAL(
ON TURNKEY BASIS
GENERAL ADJUDICATION NO. (36/2025-2026)
– EETC invites International and Local Eligible Tenderers to offer their bids to participate in the above- mentioned adjudication
for Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Factory Tests, Loading, Clearance, Inland Transportation to Site, Unloading, Civil Works, Services, Erection, Commissioning, Site Tests, Putting into Operation, Insurance till Handing Over, Warranty, Training and Technical
Assistance on Turnkey Basis (D.D.P), according to the Tender Documents.
-The Completion Period is (24) months from Contract Signature or receiving the site free of obstacles whichever comes later.
-The Conditions of EETC Purchasing and Contracting Regulations and its Executive Regulations shall be considered as an integral part of the Tender Documents.
Furthermore, the Civil Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall be applied.
– Bidding Documents are available against presentation of Payment receipt of a non-refundable fee of 850 USD in the account EETC, Egypt (Suez Canal Bank, Branch: Garden City, Dollar account no.1330052520100101
)IBAN: EG720017001301330052520100101)
or 40,000 LE Cash(including VAT) together with an application (original plus two copies) showing the name, address, E-mail, fax and telephone numbers of the bidder and local agent, and addressed to Head of Purchasing and Stores Sector during official working hours.
– ALL transfer fees and bank charges shall be borne by applicant.
– Interested Tenderers shall submit one envelope )Technical + Financial) on or before the day of 15/4/2026 at 12 (noon) to EETC central purchasing department (see address below) on condition that the bids will be valid for 120 days started from the opening date of the envelope
– All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 760,000 USD or 36.000.000 EGP, valid for 150 days starting from the opening date of the envelope.
Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Bid Security shall be rejected.
– This Project will be financed by The Strategic Projects.
