Background:
the Ministry of Education and Technical Education (MoETE) of the Arab Republic of Egypt has recived financing from kfw Development Bank under the German financial Cooperation programme with Egypt towards the implementation of the “Financial Support for the comprehensive Technical Education (FCT) I “project .
MOETE intends to apply part of these funds towards a contract for Architecture Design and construction supervision Engineering Services and mandated Misr El- kheir Foundation (MEK) to manage this prequalification process on its behalf
– Scope of Assignment :
the assignment covers Architectural and Construction Consultancy Services, including :
preliminary and detailed engineering design –
– preparation of tender documents
– costruction supervision
– The services related to three Centers of comprtence (CoCs) located across three regions of Egypt
together with their affiliated network School .
– Eligibility :
prequalification is open to eligible application from all countries in compliance with kfwEligibility Criterua
Preqyalification will be conducted in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in the prequalification Documents
– Obtaining prequalification Documents.

Submission Dealine
Application must be submitted no later than : 15 July 2026 at 12:00 pm(Egypt Local time) –
Application must be prepared and submitted strictly in accordance with the instructions
contained in the Prequalification Documents ; Applications are stronfly advised to carefully review
all requirements as non- compliant submissions many be rejected
